Over the past 30 years, Crown has grown from two vans, to a fleet of over 2,000 vehicles and drivers nationwide. We have expanded the range and scale of our offering, expanding into new markets, investing in new technologies and setting the standard with the quality of drivers.
We have come a long way from where we started and with the pace of change in the market continuing to accelerate, we need to be sure that the way our colleagues and customers see us is a true reflection of who we are and what we can offer.
This is why we’ve decided that now, as we enter our fourth decade and with the business in a strong position despite the challenges of the pandemic, it is time to evolve our brand as we have evolved our business, going from Crown Couriers to Crown SDS.
This new identity better reflects the broad diversity of sectors in which we now operate and the complex, specialist services that we provide to our extensive range of customers, from healthcare and aviation to automotive and manufacturing.
But more notably, the range of solutions and technologies available to our clients has developed significantly in that time. While the same day, overnight, and specialist services are still the core of what we do, our offering is more extensive and enables us to deliver so much more for our clients.
We’ve added a splash of colour and enhanced our website to demonstrate the breadth of services we offer. Our new colours signify the spectrum of services that we offer to our diverse client base, falling in line with the decision to integrate Service Delivery Solutions into our name.
While the site might look visibly different, it retains all of the previous functionality. So, you can still book and track your collections & deliveries with the same level of reliability and accuracy as before.
While our outward identity may have changed, everything that we do as a business continues to be built on our 30 years of trusted experience. Our customers – and dedication to exceptional customer service – remain at the heart of our business.
