1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Crown SDS, registered at International Logistics Centre Bonehill Road Tamworth Staffordshire B78 3HH (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• This prize draw is open to Tier 1 self-employed courier drivers who receive the survey invitation.
• Employees of Crown SDS, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible.
• UK residents only.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, recipients must complete the online survey linked in the Crown SDS Mailchimp email.
• One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
• No purchase necessary.

4. Prize

• One (1) prize: a £100 voucher for AllforOne.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Crown SDS may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

5. Prize Draw Period

• Opens: 02/12/2025
• Closes: 10/12/2025 at 10am (“Closing Date”)
• Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered.

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 7 days of the Closing Date.
• The selection will be made fairly and in line with UK CAP Code promotional marketing rules.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via the email address used to complete the survey within 7 days of the draw.
• The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
• If there is no response, Crown SDS may select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be delivered by email within 14 days of confirmation by the winner.

9. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

• Crown SDS will process all personal data provided in connection with this prize draw in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Personal data will be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, including contacting the winner and verifying eligibility.
• The lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interest (running the prize draw) and consent (where provided in the survey for optional marketing communications).
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for fulfilment of the prize or required by law.
• Data will be securely stored and retained only for as long as required to administer the prize draw and meet legal obligations.
• Participants have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

10. General

• Crown SDS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Crown SDS is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
